Worst law firm we have ever worked with. Entire office has no professional etiquette. The entire staff would constantly lie to us about his presence in the office and he is the worst at returning phone calls

The calls to my home were coming almost every night and always at dinner time. I stopped answering the phone but they would keep coming. Some of them would leave messages, and some would not, but they were all debt collectors. I went to Smotritsky Law to find out about getting a bankruptcy lawyer. It was the best thing I could have done. The calls stopped and the mailbox was no longer over flowing with notices. It has been a few months and we are debt free and rebuilding our credit. The bankruptcy lawyer from Smotritsky Law Group was really great in explaining the difference between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. He told us that it would take us ten years to pay off our credit. It would take less to repair it after filing. We went with his advice and filed Chapter 7. Today I pay cash for everything and have 1 secured card to rebuild with. Thank you for all your help.
