Voice and Self Love Holistic Life Coaching

Introduction: I combine Voice Training and Self Development, in the deep belief that these two are intimately dependent upon eachother to become fully functional and flexible enough to really communicate the deeper, most inner parts of ourselves. Creativity and Self Love are top priorities in my coaching. My Life Coaching Training consists of 2 years of teacher training to master the art of Self Develpment with Inge As as my teacher, in Oslo, Norway. This training combines Self Develpment with Energy work/healing, which is also not too common. I love the fact that it is a gentle but very deep approach, where the focus is to be present with the client wherever they are, and then listen deeply, and be able to hear their voice and their deeper communication tell me what they need right now to get where they want to go. I can work both with the conscious mind and the sub-conscious mind at the same time, to access the deeper aspects of this persons needs, longing, hopes and dreams. The tools are so easy and fun, anyone can do them, and anyone can feel an effect, be it subtle or dramatic. It can help people be nicer to themselves, be more present with their loved ones, create more space and nourishment for themselves to grow and find balance and much much more. All of these treasures are found by the client themselves, meaning I almost never tell people what to do with their lives. They find such strong and powerful words of wisdom within themselves, that this is what makes all the difference. I help people become independent self-healers and self-explorers. It is a thrilling job to have!
