As a coach for high-achieving women and parents, I help talented, smart, and deeply caring individuals balance their ambition, passions, and energy for people they love.
In addition to working one-on-one with clients, I am available to speak to parents, schools, professional and community organizations and businesses. I am an uplifting, reassuring, and inspiring speaker who can calm and energize even the most weary or discouraged audiences.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Everyone can use a coach, but not everyone is trained to coach. I highly recommend you find a coach who has been accredited by the International Coach Federation and is a member of that organization.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Find a professional coach that specializes in your specific concerns/issues. Good coaches are trained to coach anyone, but experienced coaches recognize what they excel in and with whom they do their best work.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. You need to feel you can trust your coach and that your coach genuinely cares about you. So, ask the questions what you're curious about and see how comfortable you feel with the answers provided.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. I appreciate when potential clients are eager to make a change in their lives and are committed to do the work right away. If they are too hesitant, or ambivalent, then I always recommend they come back when they are ready. Otherwise, they will not get as much value as they could get in a coaching relationship.
