Many people come to therapy when they feel emotional pain or confusion or when they experience depression or anxiety; others come in when they feel stuck in their lives or careers.
My approach is to help you uncover what is blocking you from having the life you want and deserve. For instance, why do you find yourself anxious and worried for no apparent reason? Why do you repetitively have the same fights with your partner?
There are alternatives. My goal is to create a collaborative environment to guide you through obstacles, improve your emotional well being and assist you in finding ways to lead a happy, more meaningful life.
