I am an experienced life coach with an unconventional view of the world. I have faced and overcome considerable obstacles and have developed ways to adapt and move forward to live as full a life as possible. I have acquired rigorous exercise and diet routines to be in the best physical and emotional shape of my life. My personal experience managing and overcoming my own health issues has made me qualified to work with people so they can become their best selves. I will partner with you to break down and explore where you are in your life and develop a plan to get to where you want to be. I will ask the hard questions in order to yield the best results. Together we will determine your goals and conceive the best plan for achieving them. Ours will be a journey of discovery and enlightenment centered entirely around you. I love being in the moment with a client when there is discovery, an opportunity to move forward. I learned many years ago, before I ever thought about being a coach myself, how valuable a life coach can be. I was at a critical point in my life and felt hopeless. The right coach, who was objective and insightful, provided me with a crucial perspective I have never forgotten. I can play a similar role in my clients' lives.
