Create a plan and take action. I work with you to: • Write a vision statement based on your deepest values. • Uncover your hidden talents. • Set goals and move forward. • Imagine new ways to face challenges. • Maintain and enhance the changes you achieve. I join you each step of the way in your journey to a new life. I support you, keep you focused and hold you accountable to your goals. When you most need it, I provide a new idea, fresh perspective or word of encouragement. I make ingenuity coaching a joyful experience of life transformation. I offer weekly and bi-weekly telephone-based coaching wherever you are in the world. I also offer training in the fundamental skills of coaching as a communications tool for non-coaches and those interested in learning more about how to coach people. Group coaching is also available. I offer free, trial sessions, so that we can discover if we are a fit for one another. I offer monthly and multi-month packages. I generally do not offer single sessions aside from the trial session, except for previous monthly coaching clients who need a session here or there. As much as I believe that I am an excellent (and modest) coach, I am not the right coach for everyone, nor is everyone the right client for me. If I feel we are not a fit, I may recommend another coach who might better serve your needs. Once we decide to take our coaching relationship to the next level, we will make an agreement, and we will do our longer initial intake and assessments.
