Introduction: As a life coach, I focus on changing the only thing you can in your life: your thoughts and behavior!
We trap ourselves in patterns of behavior that leave us frustrated and feeling defeated, typically because we try to change the people around us or force a situation. This results in misunderstandings, hurt egos, and resentment. The change we seek is internal!
The way you perceive a situation and the thoughts that occur as a result is your greatest strength and greatest weakness. It is unique and grounded in life experience, but it is yours alone. Perception is not reality; it is just an experience. The idea is to change your experience so you can relate better to your loved ones, go after your dreams, and live a life of your making.
What I offer:
- Using practical tools easily incorporated into your daily routine, you start to become aware of the thoughts that keep your life small, i.e. I dont have enough money, I can't do it alone, it's a stupid idea, or everyone will judge me (or think I'm crazy).
- Once your limiting beliefs are identified, we work to dissolve them, freeing you from the chains that bind you to your fear and unhappiness.
- From there, we identify actions that can be taken to put you on the path to your ideal life; learning to use your body as the GPS will be both insightful and fun.
