Courtney is a very talented artist, friend, and makeup specialist. She is extremely reliable and always does an amazing job! I can always count on her to be extremely professional and always very personable. She makes the experience of getting makeup done an extemely enjoyable one because she is very open and honest. She is a great listener, extremely enthusiastic, and always able to do your makeup however you want it! I don't know what I would do without her. Courtney did my makeup for my wedding day and I couldn't have been happier! She met with me before to do a consultation where she helped me pick from several looks and communicated with me up until my wedding day to make sure I was confident in my choice. On the day she was such a help and did such a great job! My look lasted all day and night and was perfect in the pictures! She is a total professional and a must have for your big day!

I was auditioning for Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders and was nervous enough for the long days of auditioning. Courtney did an absolutely amazing job with my makeup. She was patient, listened to exactly what I wanted for each specific day and was willing to explain exactly what she was doing so I felt comfortable. She gave me the look I wanted and focused on what I wanted and not what was easy for her. She was the best person I've had at Mac (and I've used a lot of people) and I will be using her from here on out. I also got numerous compliments from other girls about my makeup making me feel even more confident!!! You will not be sorry.

As a photographer in the city the most important thing is being able to connect to people and make them feel comfortable in order to get their personality to come out in their portraits. Courtney not only does this but always makes a new friend in the process! Not only os she great to work with but her skills as a makeup artist are flawless and make it so much easier for me in the editing room! She really knows how to compliment the person making them look like their best, natural self which is very important in portrait photography! Im looking forward to working with her more.

I have to say that my experience with Courtney was an absolutely perfect one. Not only did she make me look as beautiful as possible... she also had no qualms about listening to my needs and the look/looks I was going for. She had me laughing the whole time which made for true and lively photos, but she also kept a positivity in the room that was infectious. I only hope that every actor has this same exsperience when shooting new head shots. She is a beauty expert and I left with several refrences and recommendations in hand! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically.... Special Event - $120.00 (includes lashes) Bride- $260 (includes Pre-Wedding Trial and day of lashes) -$150 (day of only!) Bridesmaid/Wedding attendee -$110, (3 or more in one party $75 each!) Photo Shoot - $120 and (+ $40 per addition hour of shoot time for touchups, etc.) Full Theatrical/Fantasy -$175 ***Due to the specificity of my work these prices are general guidlines and may be adjusted accordingly. :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Mac Cosmetics which puts me on the cutting edge of trends and techniques used by other artists and leaders in this industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom was a makeup artist and image consultant, so I grew up in an environment that encouraged creativity and natural enhancement to feel your best! She's the greatest, most brilliant person I know, so I followed as closely as I could in those fabulous heeled footprints!
