FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to discuss the type of event their going to. The process varies for different events. If you are looking for wedding makeup I suggest a trial that takes a little longer so we can work together to make sure that on your special day you know exactly what your make up is going to look like. For other events without a trial I definitely ask my client about their skin type and what their wearing for their special event, date, etc,. to see the type of look that they're going for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joe Blasco
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I lived in LA and was on set when the make up artist didn't show up so I grabbed makeup in my purse and said I could do make up. Not only was my work published from that day but I quickly began booking job after job. Following that I did attend Joe Blasco Makeup School and quickly began working with a high celebrity clientele.
