- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several service packages that fit into a wide range of budgets. Each package is customized to give the maximum value to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with clients, we first help them gain clarity on their situation and then we assist in the development and execution a strategic plan of action. Our process: 1) Assessment- You will receive an online assessment tool to complete. The tool is designed to gather information about key areas of your business 2) Analysis- We will review your assessment to determine any problem areas and to identify opportunities to grow your business. 3) Recommendations- We will make several recommendations to address any issues and to capitalize on any opportunities. 4) Plan- We will write up a Rapid Growth Action Plan that spells out in detail what you need to do to grow your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Marketing. I've worked in sales and marketing for over 20 years in top consumer goods company. I am also a certified inbound marketing specialist.
