Introduction: Blake Shephard Wellness was founded with the purpose of providing urban professionals with high-quality well-regulated health and wellness services. In the effort to meet our occupational demands, many of us make great personal sacrifices in terms of physical, mental and emotional well-being. It's our belief that a life balanced with proper exercise, nutrition, and stress management is every bit as essential a component of one's retirement "portfolio" as a 401k, IRA, etc. BSWM provides personal training, mat-based Pilates, yoga, in-home massage, life coaching, and nutrition counseling. We travel to the client or can help provide our services at private gyms throughout Manhattan.
