About
Start feeling better today! I am a New York state-licensed and nationally certified massage therapist who is offering skilled, therapeutic muscular bodywork to people seeking chronic or acute pain relief, relaxation, increased flexibility, or overall well-being. I graduated from NYC's Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy, and I'm an American Massage Therapy Association member. I have extensive bodywork experience and have treated over a thousand clients. My work is client centered, and my treatments are designed to meet my client's specific goals. A free thorough health history and consultation is conducted before the first session in order to determine how to proceed with the personalized treatment plan. My massage work is conveniently done in the middle of Manhattan (in the Stuyvesant, Gramercy, and Union Square area). Moreover, I offer client-specific stretches and exercises that can be performed in between sessions so as to maximize the therapeutic effects of the treatment. I practice a wide range of modalities, and I hold advanced certifications in medical, sports, and prenatal massages.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Everyone can benefit from therapeutic massage. If you are working long hours at a desk, on your feet all day, experiencing fatigue, carrying heavy bags, raising children, training for a marathon, suffering from a past injury, recovering from a recent injury, suffering from chronic pain or illness, experiencing muscle tension or stiffness, headaches, anxiety, gastrointestinal dysfunction, circulatory problems, or are just not feeling your best, massage therapy can make a difference. Massage therapy is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. I work with each client individually to develop a custom program for their needs. So, what’s in it for you? Stress reduction Pain relief Increased energy Better athletic performance Relaxation of tight muscles Increased body awareness Decreased tissue restrictions Improved mobility Improved posture More restful sleep Increased circulation Learn self-care techniques Improved quality of life
