This work is about self-awareness through the body's language of sensation. The body communicates through physical sensation and we have to slow down enough to listen.
Chronic pain, chronic mood patterns, immune disorders, and other issues of mind or body can be explored and processed for wholeness and integration. There are no quick fixes, only a deep commitment to yourself.
The main bodywork modalities that I use are Craniosacral and Polarity.
