Whether you're looking for therapy for pain and/or stress alleviation (excellent for fibromyalgia) to help with a medical condition, or the chronic stage of an injury or a natural alternative to back surgery, then you've come to the right place.

I am an NYS-licensed massage therapist trained in Western science-based medical bodywork (deep tissue, sports, reflexology and trigger point therapy) and Eastern science-based energy work, such as Thai massage, Tui Na, and shiatsu (techniques include stretching).

But just as important as technical knowledge is compassion and intuition. So, each client's session is tailor-made to their unique needs.

Our rates are:

- 70 minutes is $120
- 90 minutes is $140
- 120 minutes is $180
