- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always looked up to my first yoga teacher, Elena, from Moscow. She found yoga through a major injury and it helped her heal her physical wounds. I know people carry all kinds of wounds and while yoga won't necessarily heal all of them, it can calm and soothe the scars that many people carry.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Yoga isn't about achieving that crazy pose as much as it is about achieving a higher sense of awareness of self; the poses help build up to that with stillness of the body, ultimately leading to stillness of the mind in savasana.
