A. Checking the education background, more particularly the highest level of education ever achieved. Checking the strengths as well as looking for the availability. But strength and education level are most important.

A. I would look into knowing the person more in depth, establishing an initial contact so that I know who I am working with.

A. They ask me what I have studied at college. Some ask me what my level of education is. Some ask me what I think I would be a good teacher, I reply that I have been tutoring students for years and always had patience with them in helping them achieving their academic goals.
