Proficient with Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes 4.6, and R5. Experience with Digital VAX/VMS systems, Sun SPARCstation’s, Cat5 cabling and Fiber optics. Trained in PC networking TCP/IP and have Knowledge of routers, switches and Mac's. Level 1 and 2. Wi-Fi® Networks. WebEx and GoTo Meeting. Also experienced in deploying and supporting Video Teleconferencing in a large company setting and with VTC equipment such as Polycom. Category 5 and Category 6 UTP and STP cabling, Single and Dual Mode Fiber Optic Cabling , Network Switches, Routers and Firewall Solutions and Fast and Wireless Data Technologies support.
