Sandra seamlessly organized a mixer for young physicians, as part of a national campaign for a larger physician organization. She helped to quickly locate an appropriate venue and corresponded with the venue, always keeping me well informed and involved in all major decisions. Encounter Marketing took care of all the RSVPs, fliers, and assisted with the social media related to the event. On the day of the event, the Encounter team was there early, ensuring that the event progressed smoothly. Sandra was the last person to leave that night, which really speaks to the dedication of this company in executing the job from start to finish. I was extremely happy with the service in all facets. The workshop was intimate and informational. The small size class allowed for adequate amount of exchange between the attendees and host; as well as among each other.
