very punctual, polite and professional.The crew arrived on time to my Harlem apartment on the 5th floor.Moved a bunch of boxes a bed, and my flat screen to the east Village.They worked well and were careful with my things. High five to helping hand!

I initially gave Helping Hands a negative review but as it turned out, they
had a serious issue and couldn't show up to our first appointment. They did
everything to make it up to us and were super friendly and professional. I
would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and efficient short
distance movers.

Edouard and I chatted after this review. We had a family emergency ( its a family business) and we were a no show for this job, yes. However, we came and did the job later in the week at half price, and Edouard is planing to update his review to reflect this. This situation should not happen again- we know your move is very important to you!

Eddie was great, however despite numerous calls, I'm still waiting on a receipt.. Bad customer service, which for me is 50% of the job.
