Carlos Barriento English and Spanish Tutoring

Introduction: I am a graduate of the Manhattan School of Music where I majored in classical double bass performance. I teach the double bass and piano privately for all levels. My focus is on developing the technical acumen needed to execute the music, while also focusing on and incorporating musicality, theory, history and body awareness. My former students have gone on to prestigious programs, such as at the Manhattan School of Music, the Juilliard School, McGill University and Montclair University.
