His positive nature and ability to focus in on my weaknesses, as well as help to nurture my strengths, are just what I've been looking for in a teacher. Devin is creative, talented, and knows how to relate to children and adolescents. He was my son's drum teacher and was able to inspire my son and helped teach my son an appreciation for the drums. Devin is easy to work with and was flexible with scheduling lessons. i highly recommend him!

Devin does not just teach music with a formula but he truly knows how to understand where or why his student many be struggling with something and adjusts his session to keep his student's motivation and confidence high. He lives and breathes music and it shows in teaching his craft with such attention to detail and willingness to let one's creativity soar.....which is awesome!

Devin was a fabulous teacher for my teenage son for several years. Absolutely the best we've had! Devin brings a great combination of classic studies with music and songs that my son loves to play. My son started with "just" drum lessons but then asked to also take piano - just because of the influence of Devin. Devin brings out students curiosity to learn and understand and stretch themselves and their music. Couldn't ask for more!
