Introduction: My goal as a music teacher is to foster a love and passion for music in my students. I believe each student is unique in his or her interests and musical goals. I plan each lesson according to the specific needs of each student in order to help them continuously hone their skills and remain engaged in studying music. I believe the music learning process should be fun but also structured and productive. I expect my students to be fully prepared for their lessons each week and ready to learn with a positive attitude. I value trust and honesty between my students and me. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Lessons will be weekly, in either one-hour or forty-five minute sessions, depending on the student's age and ability level. We will focus on the technique, repertoire, theory, ear training, sight reading and the overall musicianship.
