FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on skill level, frequency and length of lessons, and distance of commute. An hour long lesson costs $60-$80.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact by e-mail or phone will lead to the planning of a first trial lesson. At that lesson, we will discuss expectations, goals, history and of course, do some singing! Any questions will be answered in that first session and a clear plan will be laid out for subsequent lessons and progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Music from the University of Alberta and a Masters of Music from Yale University. Both are specialized vocal performance. I taught students for two years while living in New Haven and currently perform full-time as a soloist, ensemble singer and professional chorister throughout the United States and internationally.
