- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nicole is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition Counseling and Education. In addition to her 3 years of post-baccalaureate and graduate school work, Nicole has completed 12 months of intensive medical nutrition therapy in the clinical setting, training in the areas of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disease, pulmonary and renal diseases, geriatric and pediatric populations, and oncology. Nicole has 5 years of experience in the community focusing on culinary based nutrition education for children and specialized community nutrition education programs for all ages. In the corporate setting, Nicole has worked with corporate food service providers to provide wellness information and benefits to employees at the point of sale, as well as corporate wellness presentations and workshops for larger groups.
