Eat Right with Anita

Introduction: Anita is a registered dietitian for 13 years. She is also a certified diabetes educator who is dedicated to teach the public and her clients on meal planning to better control their diabetes. She obtained her master of public health nutrition degree from New York University and was trained in Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan. Anita has served in various hospitals and outpatient clinics throughout the New York City area and has been an integral part of the clinical team, to deliver medical nutrition therapy to patients from intensive care units to home care. She teaches her clients how food will make them feel light, invigorated and complete. Anita believes what you put into your body should take you to a higher state of well-being. "It is possible to live happier and healthier." Anita is committed to provide you with positive and personal coaching, informative classes, direct training -- whatever it takes to help you live a healthier, fuller life. Her goal is to empower you to make smart decisions when it comes to nutrition and health. All ages are welcome!
