- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
B. Lee Events offers multiple services which can result in different pricing structures. (1) EVENT CONSULTING: B. Lee Events can create a customized framework for those individuals who can handle the planning aspect of their event but need direction and assistance in certain areas. This service can run from $500-$750. (2) DESSERT TABLE DESIGN/IMPLEMENTATION: B. Lee Events can design your dream Dessert Table/Candy Bar for your event. We will charge a $500 Flat Fee for Dessert Table idea generation, design and creation and basic rentals plus set-up and break down. Note*: Client is responsible to pay for candy, designer sweets, backdrop materials, décor/labels, and specialty display items which will be priced in the Dessert Table Design Proposal in addition to this Fee (3) FULL PLANNING: Our comprehensive Event and Party Planning Services begin with an initial consultation and end with full on-site, day-of coverage to ensure your affair is executed flawlessly. This service is priced upon initial consultation to determine what needs to be done for your event. Costs can range from $750-$1,500+ (4) EVENT LOGISTICS: B. Lee Events also works with clients seeking logistics expertise for their Expo or Corporate Event. Our company can develop a concrete logistical plan for your event that will ensure seamless execution. Price upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial meeting to discuss the client's event needs. If the client decides to engage B. Lee Events, we will create and Event Design Proposal or Dessert Table Design Proposal. Depending on which services the client requires, we will continue forward on that time table.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring professionalism and attention to detail, plus ability to budget from our education and years of working on Wall Street. We now have over 10 years of experience in the event industry. We have client recommendations upon request.
