Introduction: Each client for me is not just a client. They are a new friend. I listen to every little detail that is requested, I focus on becoming that persons right hand man even if just for a moment. I listen, hear and understand what their goal is and what it means to them to accomplish it. My team is small, but very family oriented. Where do I begin, about 18 months ago I got engaged. A family friend offered to plan my entire wedding for 500$. Long story short he was the planner from hell. He shot down all my ideas and asked me to buy his lunch and pay car fare Everytime we saw one another. MiRay planner Betty and her team came into my life like an angel sent from heaven. I met Betty about 2 months into my planning with the family friend after some skepticism, about a half a year later when I decided that things wouldn't work with the planner from hell Betty honored the original prices she had given me. Betty was open minded, and listened to everything I asked for and wanted. Betty brought in her assistant who was just as open hearted and lovely as herself. These planners were not only wedding planners but I grew a bond so strong that I can't believe it was only a business relationship. Miray helped me to plan the wedding of my dreams. On my special day I could not help but tear at the site of my planners. They were in a million places at one time, and made sure to take time out to ask me "how you feel". My opinion mattered. Most of all with Miray it's not about the money but you are able to feel that the hard work is put forth from the bottom of their hearts. I am taken aback and I highly recommend their services! At the end of it all my planner from hell came to watch! Almost a week later after my wedding I still receive texts and calls complimenting my big day! Wow! Amazing! I am forever grateful!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I became a certified event planner through The LWPI (Longevity Wedding Planning Institute) and continue learning with them. I also partake in Wedding Wire Seminars and events as well as being a member of the ABC (Association of Bridal Consultants).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I loved hosting events and throwing parties for friends and family. Once I stopped working a normal 9-5 Job I decided to start my own business in a field that was fun and enjoyable to me. I like planning and making people happy with their events.
