- What types of customers have you worked with?
60% of our cake business is in making wedding cakes. The other portion is for birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. Our favorite designs include lots of sugar flowers, but we also love the challenge of a groom's cake in the shape of his dog or an elegantly piped birthday cake with a single bloom.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I encourage my clients to ask a TON of questions. I am an open book when it comes to my ingredients, techniques and processes. If you want to know something, the cake designer you hire should not be elusive in her answers.
