I had the pleasure of having Dena stay with me for a few months in my home. It was during that time that she treated me and my son to her amazing cooking. She graciously cooked for us on several occasions and her cooking is superb! We were always so excited when she announced she was making dinner! Her culinary skills simply come naturally to her. She is totally at ease in the kitchen and intuitively knows what to do. The end result was always so delicious. But I think the main thing about Dena’s cooking is her secret ingredient. Love. Her love of creating savory dishes and her love of sharing them with others is what really gives Dena’s cooking that special attribute. She always fed us with such delight and enjoyment. We always felt so cared for when she cooked for us. I feel truly lucky to have experienced her cooking mastery on so many occasions. My son and I will never forget it!

Dena's Banana Bread is very, very good. I thought I would just have one slice now and then another after dinner. Quite impossible -- I had 3! It is addictive and delicious. I wouldn't change any ingredient.

Dena at Delish Dish puts true passion and heart into everything she cooks whether it be a meal for friends or a large catering job. Her oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and lasagna are my favorites!
