Pricing for services is based on the clients budget and expectations. This is determined during the initial consultation.

In this buisiness, every day is continuing education and there is something to learn from everyone. Professionally, I network with past employers and co-workers. I devour reading culinary books and reliable periodicals. I have a vast collection of recent cookbooks and some that are 50 years old and still very relevant today. The basics never change and new ideas are constantly evolving.
