Chef Robin did a virtual cooking class for our employees to celebrate AAPI Heritage Month, and it was exactly what we were hoping for! She is incredibly personable, friendly, knowledgable, and a great instructor who knows what she's doing. I'd definitely recommend her!

We hired Robin to celebrate my wive’s 30th birthday, just the two of us. It was a very special moment as we had just moved to NY and just had our first baby. We wanted privacy, peace, relaxation, and we wanted something casual but at the same time exceptional. And Robin delivered just that: a 3 Michelin stars experience - in the comfort of our home, just for the two of us. It was incredible from the setup to the dishes, from her presence when preparing and serving to her discretion when we were enjoying the food and discussing amongst ourselves. Every course was brilliant and we couldn’t believe we were enjoying such delicacies in our dining room wearing our cozy home clothes. It truly was an out of this world experience we will always remember. Thank you Robin!

Cooking classes : $150/hour + ingredients cost. Private chef service : $120/meal + ingredient cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with getting to know each other - for me to understand their needs and palette and coming up with menus that feed their demand, and for them to understand my style of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Adjunct Professor at NYU teaching culinary courses. I also worked as a line cook at Restaurant Daniel (chef Daniel Boulud’s fine-dining French restaurant) and attended International Culinary Center to study culinary arts.
