- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new customer is first and foremost we want to speak with this customer. Generally we schedule a RYS Consult, which is a free phone consultation. During this process we try to dig deeper, and find ways we can help this new client. We ask questions such as sizes, general style, what stores does this person typical shop, budgeting questions as well. From then on we typically schedule a session, based upon client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree of Fashion Merchandising at the University of Bridgeport, also over 5 years of personally styling and consulting business professionals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our advice for future customers looking to hire personal shoppers is have fun, never be afraid to try something out of the ordinary! Its always okay to go a little out of your comfort zone.
