My experience with Ella was fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone who feels like they are in a style rut. I received the closet clean-out and 3-hour personal shopping experience as a gift from my husband and loved every minute of it! With the closet clean-out, Ella helped me weed out old pieces from my wardrobe and gave me tips on how to wear existing pieces in a more stylish way. The personal shopping experience was even better! When I showed up at the store, Ella already had two fitting rooms at two stores chock full of great clothes in my size that matched the style I was trying to achieve. I couldn't believe how on the mark she was and ended up buying a lot of what she picked out. I am very happy with the whole experience any highly recommend it to others. You won't regret it!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

You're about to enhance your style and probably start shopping in a whole new way, so it's important to have an open mind for new ideas. Do your research! Working with a stylist is a very personal relationship so make sure you are comfortable with that person. Do they have good credentials? How long have they been in business? Are their website/marketing materials aesthetically pleasing to you? The more comfortable you feel, the better outcome you will have.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Asking the right questions will help you find the right stylist: What is your professional background? How long have you been in business? What stores do you typically shop in? Do you work with any budget range? Do you work with any size range? Do you charge commission? Do you have recommendations for tailors, hair stylists and makeup artists if necessary?
