- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the more bulk sessions purchased the lower the price per session will be. check in with us for seasonal promotions and package discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial assessment session requires the client to fill out a PAR-Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire to make the trainer aware of any prior injury, medication or health factors that may apply. Following this form the session provides a functional active movement screen testing range of motion, balance strength, power and endurence. once recorded a strategy is then developed with the client for the most efficient and cost effective tailored program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our vetted and certified instructors are required to obtain a B.A and continued education in personal training. ex; Exercise science and physiology major and a minor in international business. certified via (ISSA) International sports and science association. TRX Suspesion, CSCS strength conditioning, weight loss, nutrition, kettlebells, hypervolt, axle, CPR/AED
