Introduction: Chester Poon has been training people one on one since 2004. He is an ACSM certified personal trainer and holds a M.A. in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University Teacher's College. He has an extensive background in the martial arts and fitness.
Chester's training style draws from his experience in martial arts, calisthenics, and strength training and incorporates those movements into a full-body, organic workout customized towards your needs and goals.
