I have been training with Aaron now for over a year and a half. First off, Aaron is fun to train with and super easygoing. He is a great positive motivator and always encouraging. In regards to training, Aaron is always prepared with an intense workout that includes VIPR, suspension training, weight lifting, barbell, kettle bells, and medicine balls. We have been working in circuit training and there is never a dull moment. Beginning every work out we make sure to properly roll and stretch so not to hurt myself, form is always watched and corrected. I saw a big increase in my muscle mass, decrease in body fat, and improvements in my posture over the months we have worked together--all three of which were my goals when starting out. Friends made comments about the change, and overall I felt great about the shape I was in. For the first time I had seen a different, what has made working out with him a great experience is there is always something new and challenging for me to try and made sure to keep the intensity high knowing that I could handle it. Working with Aaron has been a positive experience and I have enjoyed every session. I have felt 100X better, both physically and mentally. If you want to see results and feel better, I recommend Aaron.

Aaron is an excellent trainer that utilizes his vast knowledge of movement and body mechanics to create customized workouts that helped me to meet my goals. His workouts are fun, varied, challenging and rewarding! I highly recommend Aaron to anyone who is looking for a sophisticated workout that is supports growth in a safe environment.

I have worked with Aaron for one year and my body has been transformed! I am 66 yrs old and in the best shape ever. His work ethic matches my(very high) own. His thorough knowledge of the musculoskeletal system has helped me worked through injuries and chronic conditions like arthritis. Each workout is different, which is so crucial in preventing boredom/burn-out. i can't say enough good things about him!
