- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to have my clients purchase packages consisting of 5 or more sessions. That gives me more insurance that the client will last and I have more incentive to create a better program for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One complimentary meeting/assessment. Then we choose 2-3 days each week to have sessions. Payment upfront after each cycle/reassessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am nationally and internationally certified. I also continue to keep myself updated on all the new diet fads and latest workouts. I find it very important to be one step ahead of your clients with subjects like that.
