Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Because besides many trainers that want to keep their clients forever I want my clients to see results in a matter of 30 to 60 days and not keeping them from reaching their maximal potential. When people come to you and give you a hug and say thanks for everything I did for them. This feeling is priceless.

Diego is not only knowledgeable for all levels of fitness but listens to my goals. He helps with adding additional routines like yoga and diet help. I highly recommend Diego!! :) Jennifer

Working with Diego yields results. His knowledges is extensive and he's always professional and polite. Diego has no problem making suggestions for additional workouts (yoga) and also eating healthy! Highly recommend!

FAQs

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was living in Saint Barth and I started a workout class at a certain park by the water and people start to join it more and more until I had a group of people without any effort since people loved it and they were passing the word.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find passion in what people do and don't expect your trainer to be very nice with you because it can work with some people but most people need a little push. In the long term you will be grateful. :)

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish everyone in this world could know how to watch themselves about little habits like eating and feeling not well and not relating that meal to what they are feeling and changing it.
