Gennaro's 6-Week Healthy Life Fitness Package
This program is designed for people who wish to adopt a healthy lifestyle program for life and learn how to transform their mind and body in 6 weeks. The program is very popular amongst actors and models preparing for TV and the stage, brides to be, competitive athletes and international clients who travel to New York to work with Gennaro for a fitness vacation.
Included in the package:
A customized exercise program
- Five 1˝ hour sessions a week training from Monday through Friday.
- Each session will include 45 minutes of resistance training and stretching and 45 minutes of cardiovascular training.
- At least one session a week will be dedicated solely to Gennaro's PowerposeŽ in order to help you maintain greater muscle muscle mind connection, increased body definition, core strength and improved flexibility.
Your workout program will be designed specifically to meet your goals and personal style based on our assessment of you.
A. Look for a personal fitness trainer who has had a professional sports, athletic or bodybuilding career. A degree in Sports Science and Physical Education is a plus as is the ability to teach the client basic exercise technique while pushing them forward towards a higher level of fitness. A knowledge of nutrition is a must and the trainer must be in excellent physical shape.
A. Knowledge of consistency in eating whole natural foods in the right quantities and proportions. To be able to strike the perfect exercise intensity and variation in program necessary to bring about a major difference in body composition.
A. Does my fitness trainer have a degree in exercise science or physical education?
Is my trainer able to motivate me and track my progress so I am able to make the necessary improvements?
Will my fitness trainer be patient enough and passionate enough to show interest in me and my fitness goals?
