Guess what? All the good reviews you’re reading are true! I’ve been training with Joe for some time now and can say that he is truly amazing! He is a very attentive, top-notch, no frills trainer. With every session, he encourages me to push a little harder (the way I would never push myself), and I always walk out feeling significantly different than I did when I walked in. He sets you up with a diet plan and often checks in with you to see how you’re doing on days you don’t see him. His determination to help you reach your fitness goals is one of the many reasons I will continue to train with him. They have flexible hours/times and the gym is quiet and clean. You owe it to yourself to at least give Joe a shot to see if you like it—and I bet you will!

My trainer is Joe. He offers a wide variety of exercises and provides a truly customized training program. Injuries are never a problem and he has worked through all of these issues (back, knees, etc.) with me. Scheduling has been really flexible and I get wonderful overall health information.

If you want to look and feel great, work out with Joe at "Outrajes Training". Tell him your goals and he will develop a personalized program designed to help you get there! I was having problems with my right shoulder and neck area and, as part of my program, he includes exercises that specifically focus on that area and the improvement is AMAZING! Trust me, you'll quickly see the results you're looking for!

I've been training with Joe for about 6months now, and I couldn't be happier with my results. He customizes personal plan around your fitness goals and helps you achieve them quickly. Joe is extremely knowledgable about all things fitness from how to deal with athletic injuries to what each exercise does for your muscles. Aside from that, he has a really friendly and welcoming personality, so you'll feel like you're training with a friend rather than a dictator. Always encouraging and attentive to your goals, he provides a comfortable, effective workout environment.
