First and foremost, Michael has always been very flexible to meet my schedule since I have a some what busy schedule as a teacher and coach. He has always found time for me that works for him and I, and I have always appreciated that. When i first started training with Michael, I didn't have a very good idea of what I was doing in the gym. I just new I wanted to lose some weight and build some lean muscle. He taught me many different ways in achievng my goal, as well as tons of different exercises to target each muscle and body part to be able to achieve that goal. He taught me about the correct ways to eat and train and my body has totally transformed over the last few years since I have been training with Michael. He is very reliable and a very hard working professional and I totally recommend him for anyone trying to meet their goals.

I've gone to the gym with Mike and got some outside consulting as well. Dude knows what he's talking about, is very genuine, and cares about helping you meet your goals more so than making a buck. I'd recommend him.

Mike took the time to teach the important aspects that someone without experience needs to hear. Very personable and was able to assist me in making a plan and helping me execute it with relative ease.
