Ricardo is an exceptional trainer with tremendous knowledge in his field.     My clients range from young competitive athletes to older adults with physical ailments. I work with most of my clients to help them lose weight and gain strength. I also have clients who I work with for injury rehabilitation, corrective exercise and increasing sports/athletic performance.
