Also trained first-year lifeguards for three years as a member of that beach patrol. Certifications - A.C.E. certified personal trainer. Bootcamp certificate. Working one-on-one with people, getting to really know the individual, not just the person who shows up in the gym. Your whole life affects your health; exercise is but one part.

Best trainer ever! He was patient when I was lazy but still had me do all my work out, I learned a lot with him. Plus he made training fun! Whoever has Tim as their trainer is a very lucky person! He even gave me a boxing lesson which was amazing! He's simply the best!

I trained with Tim for about a year. He was one of the best personal trainers I have ever had. He pushes you beyond what you ever thought possible and his encouragement brings you to new heights! He got me to the best shape I have ever been in and developed a great workout routine so I wouldn't get bored and not plateau. Truly one of the nicest people I have ever met and still the best trainer I've ever had, I wish I could still train with him, highly recommend!

Tim is an excellent trainer. He helped me accomplish my fitness goals in terms of building muscle and staying fit. He was always considerate of any injuries. He made the workouts fun yet challenging. I highly recommend retaining Tim for personal training!!!

Great trainer! Keeps you motivated while pushing you to achieve your goals. He also makes the workout a lot of fun, making you want to go to the gym more often. I would recommend him with my eyes closed.

I had never worked out before I started training with Tim. Now I work out a minimum of 4 days a week, all with work outs and techniques he showed me. He made it enjoyable, he was a fantastic trainer!
