Bruce was my trainer for close to 15 months. He is outstanding. To begin with, he is very careful and thoughtful when it comes to form and safety. Bruce is an amazing motivator, always encouraging clients to push further and harder. He provides individualized fitness programs that are fitted to a client's needs, goals, limits and physique. He helped me put on some 10 lbs of muscle when I was trying to put on weight over the course of 6 months, and, when I shifted to train for a marathon, he helped me maintain lean muscle and prepare for the race. His training is dynamic, evolving and in tune with modern practices. Bruce is also personable and conveys great empathy, support and professionalism. It is obvious that his peers at the gym look up to him and constantly seek out his advice and counsel. He is one of the best in the market.

Bruce has trained me for over a year. He is fantastic. He goes beyond the physical training and genuinely helps you as a life coach, someone who puts your training into a realistic and individual approach. As for the actual training... My results couldn't be better. I am a successful fashion model and actor and he has helped get me into the top 1% of physical and mental success.

Bruce is a trainer who really cares about his clients. I walked in severely overweight and in about 1 years time turned everything around. He won't let you off easy and remains faithful to your goals even though you're not.

I have had the opportunity to be trained by Bruce one of the best decisions i made when i started working out, i learned a lot about fitness from him not just weights but mastering my body weight and core first as well as my nutrition, even after our sessions concluded he still gave me pointers on my workouts and i am very appreciative. Bruce is my private fitness trainer. I first came to him after having a hip replacement in 2014. In 3 months, I was able to regain my endurance, core strength, balance and flexibility. Bruce is an outstanding trainer with great background, experience and personality. I am very grateful to him and recommend him without reservation. I can say that honestly not only as one of his clients, but also as a former trainer, professional dancer and yoga teacher. Feeling so good now I'm ready to get back on my mountain bike!
