Introduction: IronLIFEFitness.com Back to back Best of Thumbtack 2015 and 2016! A combination of knowledge, personality and teaching ability. If your workouts aren't fun, you're not going to want to do them. (Well, no one likes High Knees but...) Not many people infuse, TRX, martial arts, weight training, cardio, nutrition, running, resistance tubes, calythenics, plyometrics, etc. Knowing isn't always enough. How you put them together is the key. Let's earn that best of 2018 together! (I didn't take new clients in 2017. Time to start another streak!) IronLIFEFitness.com What I like most about training is a tie... (in no particular order). One is the results my clients get. I get a natural high from progress. Whether its one more repetition than the last session or five more seconds than last week, both are extremely satisfying. The other is teaching. I love when I instruct/correct a student on something and they remember the next time or I modify an exercise and they come back telling me they taught it to someone else. (... and that person felt the burn and was like "Wow!"). Awesome!

Joe is a great trainer. He is invested in seeing his clients succeed and will go to great lengths to help them achieve their goals. He is versatile enough to be able to come up with a great workout regardless of location (e.g., inside a gym or outside at a park). He has an energy and dedication that is contagious and motivates you to push yourself. I came out of every single one of our sessions feeling energized and accomplished. Moreover, he made exercising during our sessions so challenging, enjoyable, and informative that even doing it on my own became a very positive experience and I was able to stick with it long enough for it to become one of my best habits. Beyond his extensive experience and dedication one of his greatest strengths is his well grounded outlook on life and how it translates into his work and interactions with clients. Achieving goals requires a can do attitude, Joe's approach makes adopting this positive attitude easy.

Joe is the best. He is very patient, friendly and caring. Joe does workouts that are very effective. I know I will get to desired weight in no time. He cares not just about the exercise routine but also about what you're putting in your body.

Joe is absolutely fantastic. He is patient and is committed to helping me achieve my goals. He makes every workout different, fun and interesting. His motivational words carry throughout the day / week and I've seen differences in the way I approach my work, career and personal life! He truly takes the time to understand what ticks, and how to motivate me to focus & push myself. Highly recommend! Keep up the excellent work.

II have been training with Joe for a while now and all I can say is THIS MAN IS THE TRUTH! He knows what he is talking about, takes time to explain things, takes a serious interest in your productivity and growth and makes working out enjoyable. Trust me, I am the perfect opposite of a workout fanatic. Before I met Joe I was as Anti-working out as could be. I tried several trainers over the years but never got past the first session because either it was too intimidating, boring, routine or they were simply juiced up d-bags. You all know the type. No need to look any further, if you want to get in shape and not feel like its a chore, give him a call
