Introduction
I been Boxing over 10 year, and i know the secrets to getting in shape. I believe your heart/ cardiovascular system is very important. Your cardiovascular system is what transport your nutrients and oxygen though your body. So a question for you, How can your muscle grow if it not get the proper nutrients. This is why i attack the the cardiovascular system first, then muscle endurance, and then strength training. It's step and levels to get in shape. I love motivating my clients, helping my clients accomplish their goal. I'm not just a trainer but a friend who want to see you succeed.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I always been into sports like basketball, football, boxing, and hand and racquet ball. I been on every school basketball team i went to and i always been the type to workout. I remember I used to do pull ups on the walking light sign outside with my friends and when I started training Boxing with my uncle, I know it was something I wanted to do.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I hope this is what they want because I like serious clients who really want to get in shape. I push my clients to be great.
