Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am driven to listen to a clients needs and wants in their training to work with them with a strong but humanistic outlook. I have worked with many clients (including top opera singers) to loss weight, build strength, and endurance. My focus is to help improve function, and mobility for life as well as strength and flexibility. The thing I like most about my job is to see clients achieve their goals and strive to make better goals. I have several elderly clients as well working on mobility, strength and balance so they can function through the day.

My trainer Matthew really helped me get in the best shape for summer. He did this by teaching me techniques to strengthen my core and help me shed off stubborn weight on my stomach and sides. The method he used was fun and engaging and since most of the techniques he taught me used my own body weight I am able to do these in my hotel room when I travel for work, Matthew is a trainer who has a lot of heart and helps motivate me continually to want to do better. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they have all been happy with there results as well. If you are looking for a trainer who will track your progress and go beyond just making you work out on machines each week Matt is the trainer for you.

Matthew's been my trainer since around 2010. I originally came to him because I overworked my shoulders and began developing pain. So much so I had to take a break from gym for few month. He knew exactly what to do. I literally stopped having shoulder pain after a few sessions and also could get back to my regular gym routine on my own. This is from mere weekly 1 session. He introduced me to strength exercises , stretches, exercises I could do on my own also at home . He always makes sure my form is correct. In the last year, I have been doing weekly 2-3 one hour sessions with him. I can honestly say I've noticed muscle gains within a couple weeks. He is always reading up on the latest research on nutrition and training to create the most effective workouts for his clients. He's also fun, awesome and takes a genuine interest in his clients and the weight loss needs/goals they want to accomplish. Great guy to work with and very knowledgeable. This shows me he takes lots of pride and dedication in what he does in and outside the gym. I continue to use several of his techniques in my daily routine, and I still can see and feel the difference.

Matt is awesome! It is true he can be a cheerleader or drill segment. He could also be a cheerleading drill sargent. I have known Matt for years and he is very motivated and will help you attain your goals.

After a serious knee injury that required two surgeries, I was barely able to use one leg and I needed to wear a locking brace 24/7. I took private lessons with Matthew to keep in shape and work on my core, and he was an excellent physical trainer. Using a TRX, Matt gave me exercises that really helped stabilize me and pushed me. He demonstrated great awareness and knowledge in working with someone who had a knee injury. I really enjoyed our sessions!
