FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been a life long fitness enthusiast. Growing up in a very athletic and competitive family fostered a love for working out and being healthy. After graduating college, I began working at a private training gym in NYC where I grew my client base for over two years. I eventually began doing private training throughout the city for the following 4 years. Having recently moved to LA, I am looking forward to meeting new clients and helping them achieve the bodies and lifestyles that they've always wanted.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the past 7 years I have worked with many different clients, male and female, ranging from 21 all the way to 78. Having recently moved from NYC, my client base there consisted of playwrights, actors, and many different business professionals. They also have ranged in their fitness levels. I work with complete beginners, looking to lose a large amount of weight, to individuals who are incredibly athletic/active but wanted that extra motivation.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I've recently begun teaching a class that stimulates bone growth as well as achieves general fitness goals. It is aimed toward women that are 45+ and concerned with issues of bone health. It has been incredibly inspiring watching these women transform when the class environment surrounds them with like minded people who support and encourage each other to work harder and be stronger. And with my guidance, I've been able to help them build bones, look and feel better, and improve flexibility and balance.
