What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you live more than 30min away from central Los Angeles I apply a gas fee based on mileage to and from your location. I accept cash, check or venmo as payment!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll consult with you on the specific look you're going for, and whether you have any allergies or specific requests for products. I'll then prep your skin with Chanel Skincare and then mix your foundation color from scratch.
