FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on three things most of the time: Quality, speed and budget. I would ask the clients what is most important to them and price accordingly. For event photography, I would agree on a price beforehand. For computer repair, I offer a flat-rate of $50 for up to 3 hours of services, and then charge extra depending on how complex the problem is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask as much questions as I can and depending on the project, I may ask to sign agreements if it's a design project. For projects over $100, I would ask for a deposit (so I know people will commit). The deposits will go into a savings account. Once projects are complete, they may be watermarked for review and once I collect payment, they will be released in whatever final format we agreed on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a web developer and computer repair person with various organizations. I have worked with Joonbug as a photographer time and time again for New Year's Eve celebrations. Everything I gain through experiences.
